5. Customer data and decision intelligence
Enterprise customers may connect financial, operational, supply-chain, customer or risk data to a Finovant workspace. The permitted data, purpose, access, retention, hosting and security requirements are governed by the customer agreement, SOW, security documentation and any data processing addendum.
Finovant may provide forecasts, anomaly signals, explanations and recommendations that support customer decision-making. Customers remain responsible for determining how outputs are used, maintaining appropriate human review and complying with laws that apply to their decisions. Finovant should not be used to make solely automated decisions about individuals that produce legal or similarly significant effects unless the customer has confirmed a lawful basis, required notices, appropriate safeguards and contractual authorization.
If your personal information is processed in a Finovant workspace operated for your employer or another organization, direct privacy requests to that organization first. We will assist the customer as required by the applicable agreement and law.
7. International data transfers
Finovant and its service providers may process information in countries other than the country where it was collected. Where required, we use legally recognized transfer mechanisms and safeguards, such as contractual clauses, data processing terms and risk assessments. Customer-specific hosting and transfer requirements are addressed during contracting.
8. Retention
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including to manage an inquiry or customer relationship, maintain security and business records, comply with legal obligations and resolve disputes.
Retention periods vary according to the type of information, the nature of the relationship, contractual requirements and applicable law. Customer workspace data is retained and deleted in accordance with the relevant customer agreement and documented service configuration.
9. Security
We use administrative, technical and organizational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration and disclosure. No system or transmission method is completely secure. Customer-specific controls and security commitments apply only as documented in the relevant agreement or security schedule.
10. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection to certain processing. You may also have the right to withdraw consent, opt out of certain marketing, or complain to a supervisory authority.
Residents of certain U.S. states may have additional rights regarding access, deletion, correction and the use or disclosure of personal information. Finovant does not discriminate against individuals for exercising applicable privacy rights.
To submit a request, email privacy@finovant.ai. We may need to verify your identity and authority before completing a request. Where we process information on behalf of a customer, we may direct your request to that customer.

The website and services are intended for business users and are not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through public self-service registration. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
